My sister broke my phone a few months ago by smashing the screen so I used the Samsung repair company we fix. It cost me £150 for a new screen and got a free battery repair with this. I had my phone back and working perfectly for only a week until it stopped charging and ran out of battery, now it won't turn on at all. I didnt even get time to buy insurance for it before it stopped working. I've used 2 different Samsung chargers that work fine on my partners phone and his old one that I'm currently using. I dont understand how my phone could just stop working a week after it was repaired when I didnt do anything to it, it just stopped. I contacted we fix and asked them to look at it as I think they gave me a faulty battery but they wouldn't and told me its not their issue.
