Hi i have a samsung galaxy and for some reason when i make or receive a call they can hear me but i can faintly hear them. this as only just started to happen. please advice.

@gailglad Have you tried factory resetting the device? How long have you had it as you get a 24 month warranty from new. If it’s been over 24 months or the device is 2nd hand you’ll need to pay for the repair yourself if it needs to be repaired.
