Emergency calls only on new Sim

I have just changed over to Huawei P30 Lite wifi working fine but call status is Emergency calls only even tho I have activated wifi calling. My old phone Samsung Galaxy & Sim is still receiving calls no problem so not an area connection issue.

sim is inserted in sim 1 any ideas why & what to do to solve problem

Welcome to the EE Community.

Are you using your old SIM?

If your old SIM does not fit and you need to use the new SIM this will need to be activated which can be done online.

all sorted thank you I did not receive activation code but from advise went to web site to generate code link.
