Wireless charging

Hi there,

I added 2 x wireless charger duo pads to use with my S20 and up until recently, they have been working fine. However, now when I place my device on either side of either of the 2 charging pads, it keeps cycling between charging and paused. As this is the same for both pads, i suspect it's the device itself.

Hi there,

I got in touch with customer care and was put through to someone in India. Simran booked an appointment at the local EE store and so I took my phone to the appointment. The guy there checked that my phone could wireless charge using powershare on his note 9 and it could. Which left me confused as I had already tested my dads S10 on my problematic wireless chargers and it worked fine, so I assumed the issue to be with my S20 rather than the wireless charging pads. The man at EE asked me to call 150.

Ah, I see. So it's only a problem when using your phone with the charger.
