Both my friend and I took out a contract in November last year, which we both choose to have the Toshiba free TV. From the start we both had the same problem. That the green/red light would flash when you turn it on, comes on then shuts back off. We found that unplugging at the mains help this issue. At 1st it would happen every now and then but now seems to be happening more frequently. I have looked online and this seems to be a common fault with this model and is an indication there is a fault with the firmwear. Would this be covered in the warrenty? Who would I contact?
