      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I have an IPhone 11 Pro Max I’ve had for 9 months and it now has a smashed/cracked screen. I’m fully insured on my account, I’d like to know how I make a claim to get a replacement. I’ve tried online but nothing’s really helping, any suggestions? Regards.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
