Up to 6 months Apple Fitness plus if one buys Apple Watch

I texted 150 and got a link to redeem the Fitness plus offer, the link takes me to the page with a Redeem Now button but on pressing the website reloads and I press again and it reloads… I explained this to EE Twitter support, spent half a day on it, went through verification 3 times, deleted cache and web history, sent two more messages to 150, received two more codes but with the same results. Was promised a voucher code which I could redeem directly with Apple but never received one. I don’t live close to the shop where the watch was bought, so it’s my last attempt to get it sorted online
