Hi, My EE app says 100% off early upgrade for being a loyal customer however any phone I at still has the upgrade fee?

Can any advise please?

Hi @emilyps and @PrincessBella,

This is most likely because you need to trade your existing phone in to take advantage of the offer. EE's recommendations page doesn't take this into account, so you will probably be seeing phones with upgrade fees still.

To see the list of phones with no upgrade fees, go to https://shop.ee.co.uk/auth/mobile-phones/upg-pay-monthly/gallery and then look for the yellow banner below.
