Hi I upgraded my iPhone XS Max for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have received the phone but have not yet received the package to send off my old phone. When should I get this?

@Bondlexy This is sent by brightstar and you should get within a day or so after you get your new device, If it’s over 3 days I would call customer services about it.

How long did you wait for your iPhone pro max? I’m still waiting for mine 😞

I ordered the graphite in 128gb but still no updates yet 😞

Hi,

it was supposed to be 21 days but ended up being about 8 days. I have the silver in 128GB
