    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, my phone broke yesterday and I have insurance, I took it to the EE shop and they filled out the form for me online as they couldn’t get through on the phone to replace it as I have insurance? They said my partner would get a phone call to confirm and I would get replacement sent out today, but no phone call and as I have no phone currently I have no way of getting in contact with anyone to find out when/if new phone is coming? How do I get any information?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
