Hiya,

how come EE advertising when ordering a new iPhone 13 pro max dispatch usually within 7 days. Yet mine still isn’t dispatched?

@Ani6 Usually doesn’t mean it will be. While EE are receiving these in they just might not receive enough to met that 7 days.

@Chris_B thank you for your quick response. Just wondered that’s all. When I ordered it said usually within 21 days and now 7. Hope I will get my phone soon. 🤞🏻

@Ani6 Try calling customer services as you might get more information on a expected delivery timeframe for your device.

I ordered on the 14th November and still not received also 13 pro max 128gb gold

Quick update. Ive rang costumer service yesterday and the guy on the phone said he has no idea why it’s says dispatch usually within 7 days must be an error on the website lol I will just have to wait until next week and ring again.
