On Friday I will have waited the 28 days for the new iPhone… I would really appreciate some kind of guideline as to when I will actually receive the new phone!! If I don’t receive any notification soon I will be cancelling as I don’t think they should be able to sell things that aren’t in stock, from what I’ve seen the backlog is crazy

@FG03KAT- It’s 28+ days not 28 days. And anyone who is prepared to order and wait will obviously get this device but after the given waiting time.

That’s all well and good but when it’s saying within 7 days for the last almost 2 weeks. It’s a bit annoying and irritating to say the least. Surley if a person has been waiting 28days and website has been saying 7days they should at least have a delivery time and when it’s being sent out

I've also been waiting over 28 days when I called 150 to change the colour and gb so it would be dispatched soon they refused and said I'm front of the queue and to wait a bit longer. I also got notification that I have £20 credit to my bill. If there is a huge delay they should at least let us change options to help speed it up

Sorry my point is I would just like a rough timeline 😄 that is all, especially when I’m trading my phone in I’m having to be extra careful with it 🤯

That’s good you got a £20 credit!! I also tried to change the colour and GB and they told me I’d go to the back of the queue!

It is rather annoying you’re not given some kind of estimate or that it’s being made or wherever it is in the production!

@FG03KAT- I'm the same I'm trading my phone In as well. They have the white pro max in 258 GB dispatched in 1 day but they wouldn't even let me get that one it's madness
