Hi, I have tried adding esim. I have scanned the q code and then got to point where I should receive the pin but nothing received. The number that the pin says it is being sent to is the number of the esim I'm trying to activate. Does that matter? If so, how do I send to another number?

Thanks

Andrew

Hi, @andrewjmdata1 if you’ve removed the physical sim, put it back in. That will get the text containing the pin code. Once the esim activates, the physical sim will stop working and can be removed.
