iphone 13 as good as new

Looking at upgrading to an iPhone 13 but wondering if anybody has experience of buying as good as new phone compared to brand new.

Can you tell the difference compared to brand new or is it worth the saving ?

It is essentially a returned device or open box.

Personally I would always buy new if I'm committing to a long contract, although these devices and contracts can be a bit cheaper.

@Cal_Gray91 I got a good as new iPhone 12 Pro Max in fact it was that new I actually worked out it was originally purchased just over 2 weeks prior to me actually getting it so was only just over two weeks old. You can not tell the difference except I pay less each month for it.
