Did anyone pre order the iphone 13 Pro max around the 23rd of October and had any update yet? I ordered mine the 23rd October to be told I'd receive it within 28 days. For it to change they aren't sure when it will be back in stock. Fuming is an understatement I have been lied to countless of times by EE agents! Ju

Ultimately stock is low because of ongoing world issues. Once EE has stock and can send your device out you will receive a text from DPD.

@Lauren120, I ordered my pro max on the 15th October and still haven’t heard anything myself, when I ordered it stated ‘within 28 days’ it’s been more than a month now and no one at ee can give me any information.

Oh god that's awful. Same to me too when I ordered said dispatched within 28. And I was told so many times I'd have my phone this week when in fact I was miss communicated. Looks like I won't be receiving mine any time soon. Not even an email to apologise for the delay and we won't receive within the 28 day period. Shocking tbh

@Northerner yes I have been checking the tracking almost daily. Just a bit annoying when it stated when I ordered dispatched within 28 days. I was promised I'd receive my phone this week to be told I now won't be. I understand the stock, but just a simple email for a little bit about what is going on wouldn't harm.

In fairness, it says expect despatch in *at least* 28 days, not within 28 days. I can still understand your frustration though. I've just ordered mine last night and going by all of these posts I'm expecting to wait until at least Christmas before I receive mine.

I ordered mt phone 3rd November and was told they'd have stock by 27th Nov to 3 Dec and looking at apple website (they advised they get stock from them) we're looking at 3rd Dec to 7th Dec. When people say world issues what are they referring too because everything is back to normal

I ordered mine on 20/10/21 and today is the 27th day so should be expecting delivery tomorrow but yesterday I received a text informing me that my order is going to be delayed and I am on the priority list for when they get stock. In addition, I will be getting a £20 credit towards my bill.

I hope its not another 2 weeks, when I ordered it the apple website was doing delivery by 19-23/11/21 so I hope it turns up soon. The order tracker is useless.
