Snapchat notifications

Since switching to ee my snapchat lockscreen notifications have gone, still get them, but not on lockscreen as before. iPhone 12, any suggestions

@hammond18 Have you checked the notification settings for the app ? It’s in Settings>Notifications>Snapchat Make sure it’s enable for Lock Screen.

Just tried that all notifications are on, nothing has been touched, its since I switched to ee from bt. Thanks anyway.

@hammond18 It’s the device showing the notifications and has nothing to do with the network. Try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. Also sign out of the account first.
