    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m on an Upgrade Anytime plan and I upgraded to the iPhone 13 Pro Max last week which is currently “expect dispatch in more than 28 days”. Anyhoo, I received a text from EE stating if I don’t return my current iPhone within 14 days I’ll be billed for it on my next bill. Surely this is incorrect? I currently don’t expect to receive the new iPhone before Christmas and surely shouldn’t have to return this phone before new one arrives?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
