I have signed up for EE Broadband and apple TV 4K with BT Sport. It states I will receive 12 months free apple tv but cannot find anywhere to activate 12 months free

@reddevil1821 You do this via your apple account.

You get 12 months of Apple TV+ from Apple for Apple TV+ because it’s a new purchase of an Apple TV. It’s nothing to do with EE it’s an Apple offer and EE are only putting what you can get.

Apple are offering 3 months free currently with a new apple tv 4k. If EE are not offering 12 months free they are falsely advertising this deal as I have signed up on the premise of getting 12 months free.

@reddevil1821 I did , I also posted what EE are advertising. You’ll need to call customer services and take this up with them if you did order it because that image shows it’s not been ordered as it’s in your basket to order. It also saying newly launched Apple TV+, it’s not new it’s over year old already. You are only seeing that at checkout it is wrong but it’s not been advertised as such as per my post above.
