Banking Push notifications

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone else was having problems receiving push notifications after all settings are on enabled?? Is it an app problem / ee problem / phone problem.

iphone 13 pro max..

any help much appreciated.

I'm receiving push notifications from my two banking apps (M&S Bank, Lloyds).

Were you previously able to receive push notifications fine with this particular app?

What banking app is it you re having problems with?

Have you checked for an update for it on the App Store?

I understand all is enabled for the app in your iPhone's Settings/Notifications section, like you have mentioned. But can you go into your banking app, access the settings in there and see if perhaps there is a notification setting in there, that might need selected.
