Still waiting

I received an email from ee yesterday saying my order is on its way and that it is with the DPD courier. I called ee to see if they had tracking information and couldn’t help. I still haven’t received tracking information and DPD don’t seem to have anything going to my postcode when I called them this morning. I have had stuff delivered before without giving me the hour time slot and the driver just calling to let me know he’s 2 seconds away right before I was about to leave for work. Could you help?

Welcome to the community and thanks for ordering.

I know you've said previously you've had a delivery with no notification before, but DPD should be in touch with you the night before, or morning of delivery to let you know when it will arrive.

I got told it would be delivered today but still haven’t received anything from DPD
