      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - I just downloaded your e sim and now I have no service at all. What a faf. So now my phone no longer works. You should warn about this risk to your customers before they download it. How do we solve this? ( it's not like I can actually phone you now )&lt;/P&gt;
