    <description>&lt;P&gt;You don't get PAC numbers when ordering a new contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you upgraded then your number goes with you. If you just buy a new contract you get a new number and are unable to transfer the number over to the new one, you have to get a PAC code to transfer to another network and then a PAC code from them to transfer back to your new contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
