      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I ordered my phone on the 26th of September as trade in and was told that the phone would arrive within 7 days and that I needed to send my older phone as trade in by the 11th of October, I haven't received the new iPhone nor had any dispatch confirmation yet and it's been nearly 3 weeks - I'm quite worried about this as I received an email saying if I did not sent my older iPhone by the 11th of October I will be charged an extra £630 on my upcoming bill but I need to have a phone for work so I cannot send my older phone before I get the new one.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
