Can EE have a option for esim activate code send to email ??
Every time when factory reset iPhone and download esim agian MYEE app, and they send the code by sms , after factory reset on iPhone and eaim is gone , cannot receive code …

Our 'How do I use Dual SIM with an eSIM for iPhone?' help page has some great information on.

@Katie_Bmy point is when I m use esim , and I need factory reset my iPhone , after factory reset iPhone , and my current will gone. Then when I download new esim from MYEE app , then how can I activate new esim ?????? if have option from EE send the code to email then it will be helpful. Otherwise after factory reset iPhone then have to going to store ask for esim !

Do you get my point ? Other networks provide they do send the activate esim code to email !
