Are your iPhones (13 range) NOW factory unlocked immediately?

Are you still that one network that has had a 6 month restriction on the sim before it can be unlocked so I've always had to but direct from apple as I need to dual sim (ee e-sim, Voda physical). I know over a year ago it was in the pipeline that you'd drop this prehistoric approach. Does the iPhone 13 range have no restriction from now or is this still a future plan?

Anyone received their iPhone 13 directly from EE yet? Happy to check Settings, general, about, network provider lock - if its unlocked it shows "no sim restriction"

@zesty2k : Not until devices sold from Dec. 2021 by Ofcom edict.

I ordered 2 x Iphone 13 Pro and both showing no sim restrictions.

Just received an iPhone 13 pro max from EE, working fine on Vodafone, no unlocking required
