@Natalie2121 It says usually despatched within 24 hours not it will be. It’ll depend on stock levels of the type you ordered. Have you received tracking information? Have you been told it’s been dispatched?

Yeah all it says order confirmed just left with no phone at the minute

@Natalie2121 Your order has been confirmed not that it’s been dispatched. You might want to give customer services a call about this. What iPhone 11 model was this Colour/storage?

Only one model type has usually dispatch within one day and that’s the 64Gb green one. The rest are between 7 and 28 days. This is colour and storage size depending.
