If this was a number-change arranged by a C/S agent via 150, I'd expect the change to be active almost immediately, although it potentially needs your phone to be restarted.

How did you go about this change of number?

If this is just a change to a new random number, it usually goes through quite quickly, but can take up to 24 hours.

Has it changed over this morning?
