HI All

Does anybody know of a way of contacting EE customer services not through calling or live chat. I have purchased a new I Phone and received a email after the confirmation of order asking me to contact them as needed a bit more information from me.

I am a seafarer and away at sea on the ship with no access to calling or receiving calls. Is there any other way of contacting EE to see what information they require from me?

Thanks if anybody does know.

Welcome to the community,

Sorry, there is no other way, other than writing by slow mail, apart from the other two, to contact EE. You can also contact them if you have something like Skype for calling them.
