Network Signal and 5g in my area

I have previously researched the 5g range for a few months knowing I am coming up to my upgrade. I moved house and upgraded nearly 2 years ago which has left me completely underwhelmed.

I seen on the website 5g was as focused as surrounding areas (Glasgow) although, I have input my postcode which had left me with poor 5g.

I understand that not everything would be that easy to fix such as the 5g coverage (i am not asking for much, Am I?)

But when the network I am currently with doesn't have signal in my own home - which I checked beforehand and the coverage was great - I am a bit sceptical, when it comes to the “Biggest and Fastest Mobile network” I feel this should be more of a priority.

As a user of this network I should be able to receive texts/calls in my home - which isn't in a rural area.

I think I may possibly end the contract when it finishes and get a better service/deal elsewhere.

Welcome to the community.

What does our coverage checker say for 5G and 4G in your area for indoor coverage?

Have you considered using WiFi Calling if your phone is compatible?
