I have recently upgraded and I did the trade in deal.

How long after I receive my new device will they send the envelope to send my old phone in?

@Bobbiee4 most people have been receiving their trade in envelope before their actual phone, so if it hasn't arrived by the time you get the phone, i would give 150 a call and ask them what's up with that

Thanks for posting.

The trade in pack is sent separate to your phone and will be delivered by Royal Mail.

Yes I received my upgrade on Sunday but haven’t had anything about the envelope.

I contacted brightstar and they said the email I used to email them they can’t find anything corresponding to that email but it’s the same email as my ee account
