hi, i have been sent a trade in pack which i will send my iphone xr back to you. however, on the message it says send back to you by 9th october. however, my new phone still hasnt arrived and there is no delivery date available to say when it is going to arrive. if my new phone still hasnt arrived by the 9th what do i do as i dont want to be left without a phone ??

will i be billed or charged or anything ? cus i have had multiple text messages saying return it on the 9th. it would be nice to recieve a messha esaying dont return it until your re device has arrived.
