I ordered the new iPhone 13 expecting it to be here within 24 hours and I’m still awaiting my order I have been trying to call customer services and unable to get through! I would like to know when I will be receiving my order?

@Suedurnall If EE had stock of the model type you ordered you’ll might get it within 24 hours. You also trying to get a high demand device so I very much doubt you’ll get it within a few days as others have ordered before you and are still waiting

Have you tried tracking your order using our online order tracker?

As soon as your order is ready to be delivered, DPD will send you a text.
