NEWSPLUS not working

Hello,

I recently took a contract with EE via affordablemobiles.
As part of the extras, there is a 6 month free Apple news+ addon.

The activation instructions are as follows:

Texted NEWSPLUS to 150 a couple of times now and there is no response coming back.

Can you please sort this/advise on how to proceed?

Hi @bfrlgomes

If the text doesn't work then you need to speak to EE CS on 150.

It maybe your number isn't recognised as an EE number.
