    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, that's sounds right. But what to do? I have been calling them since morning on the given number and none is picking up. I have been waiting on call, listening to their tone for 30 min each time I call. And yes I have confirmed, they do work on weekends, from 9 am to 8 pm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I don't get what's wrong.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have ordered iPhone 13 pro max and a mail is received saying I need to call on some numbers as yes need extra details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, on calling on that number none is picking it up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moreover, I can't track my order busing the order reference number and my email address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2160968"&gt;@Kenosis&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You might be able to get somewhere by contacting the customer care team via live chat as i was advised to query my bill and plan issues due to my contract ending and the new one not starting until i get my new phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They can be found here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee" target="_blank"&gt;https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My suggestion would be to click on Account &amp;amp; Billing &amp;gt; Mobile Phone &amp;gt; Start Conversation&lt;/P&gt;</description>
