&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can stop your phone from being used by anyone, depending which product you have, by logging in to My EE App in settings it will let you know how to, but yes you will have to ring customer service to let them know and send a replacement SIM card.-&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As it is Apple if you have set up find my phone with the app, you can block it and even erase it. You should be able to log in on Apple and do so, I believe.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2107977"&gt;@emerald849&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you’re trying to get the IMEI of a contract handset then you can call EE Customer Service and they’ll be able to mark the handset as lost/stolen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately if you’ve lost the handset and it’s not part of a contract, there isn’t any other way to get it without finding it on the specific device or packaging.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
