Voice activation

I’ve packed up an iPad Pro 12.9 to return under the 14 day EE return policies, but the voice over has activated after I’ve reset to factory settings and removed from my iCloud. How can I stop the stupid thing telling me which way it’s being held, and what is happening every time I move it ?

@Raffaello2017 Have you factory reset it ? If not just to do that. Setting>General>Erase all content and settings. If it’s on iOS 15

If it’s on iOS 14 it’s Settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings.

@Chris_B Hi, yes I removed everything and reset it to the factory settings, so now the screen is white with, bonjour, hola, hello and all the other languages that appear before setting up.

@Chris_B Hi Chris B, well okay so it’s now officially confirmed I am dumb, having unpacked the iPad I was able to turn it off thus terminating the voice activation. She no longer keeps telling me every mouvement I make. So the gold star 🌟 goes to you @Chris_B , for solving issue easily and effectively with simple solution.

@Chris_B Yeah ok Grand Master, it was packed up still on. I did say I’m officially dumb and I’m not even blond, so dumness comes in all shapes sizes and hair colours lol😂
