I need to return a phone in Part ex but cant get hold of anyone to get a return pack. Can i return it at a store?

When you do a trade in as part of your upgrade, we should send you a pack to send your phone.

When was it you did your upgrade?

@deljeffery That's strange as we have no reports of any issues like this.

@deljeffery call freephone 0800 956 6000 select option 2 then option 4 and you will get through to a customer service advisor 🙂

@deljeffery ring freephone 0800 317 720 there's no options that way it will put you straight through to someone.
