    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2096488"&gt;@Cam_gilroy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Try performing network reset on your device you do this by going to settings/General/reset/reset network settings. &amp;nbsp;You also need to put your Wi-Fi password back on your device when prompted as this will also wipe those.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Caller r ID showing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For some reason when I’m calling people from my contacts, they are saying it’s coming up as a no caller ID when I don’t have it turned on and I never have. I’ve tried turning it on and off and even taking my SIM card out but still no luck?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
