Free 6 months Apple Music

I was offered an Apple Music free 6 months but it won’t work even though it says that it’s active on my ee account. I’ve had a free trial before on another of my SIM cards but cancelled that to take this offer. Can someone help as to why it’s not working? Thanks

The terms for the free six months Apple Music says:

If you’ve already benefitted from our six months free Apple Music Membership offer you’re ineligible for this offer but may be entitled to six months Apple Music data streaming on us.

Have you taken advantage of Apple's free three months offer?

I doubt it on my phone SIM card. My other SIM card which I use for my phone had a smart benefit, of which I took Apple Music. Whether that came with 3 months free or not I don’t know. I just took it as my smart benefit. On my iPad SIM card, the one in question, had the offer so I took it. It says it’s active on My EE but it won’t activate on Apple Music.

It's probably best to speak to our Mobile Care team so they can check your account and make sure everything is as it should be from our side.
