What kind of phone do you have?

So just so I understand, you can hear people when it's on loudspeaker, but not through the normal earpiece speaker?

earpiece speaker u got it yes the people voice is far away I can’t hear anything please any advice I use loud speakers or avoid say hello public area

I'd recommend backing up all of your information and restoring the phone to factory settings, @yafet22hewan.

What kind of phone do you have? Did you get it from EE directly?
