    <description>&lt;P&gt;I purchased a phone upgrade on the 13th August and the website stated that I would receive it Next Day Delivery via DPD. It has now been 7 days and I have not received any information regarding when my phone will arrive. There isnt any information about the delivery through DPD. I have called 150 to get help and was told that he was having&amp;nbsp; technical problems&amp;nbsp; will call me back in 5 minutes. It has now been over 2 hours. I am wasting so much time trying to get in contact with someone, Im thinking that I would be better off cancelling my upgrade and membership with EE the service has been atrocious.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
