Hello, I have recently purchased a new Apple Smart iPhone Plan Unlimited £61 but my emails are saying I cannot download due to mail box is full. Please help - this is a new phone and enough storage (I believe). Did not have this problem with my I Phone XR

@Odette50 This has nothing to do with the device onboard storage. It’s your mail account storage which is on Apples servers.
