I have bought an apple watch and want to add it to my business account. I have a pay monthly sim. Is the cost still £7 per month

Yes, the standalone add-on is £7 per month and can be added from the Watch app on your iPhone. If you're not the bill payer, I'd recommend speaking to them before adding.
