Apple NEWSPLUS link not working

Hi,

I’m trying to redeem the 6 months free Apple news plus offer and when I go to redeem it I get the message “The offer associated with that code has expired”.

Any help please?

Sorry to hear that the link isn't working for you. Have you spoken to our Mobile Care team? They may be able to help you get this set up.

I've spoken to the team who tried to help. In the end they directed me to Apple. I contacted Apple and they said as it is an offer/trial through EE Apple cannot help and EE should be able to resolve it.

So not really made any progress
