I have never been so ANGRY.

so I upgraded my old Apple iPhone XR to the iPhone 12 Pro Max and had the bottom of the conformation order, it states ‘about the phone you are trading- Apple iPhone xr’

sent my old phone into ee and now getting text messages saying that I’m meant to be sending in my partners Samsung and a £630 bill will be added to my bill.

Trading in the Samsung WAS NOT part of the upgrade deal and I WILL not be sending it in to EE cause clearly they have messed up.

It sounds like some wires have been crossed somewhere along the line here. I'm sure we can get to the bottom of this.

Could I please just check how you processed the upgrade and trade in, was it online, over the phone or in store?
