iPad Pro 2020 11 will it be unlocked after 6 months?

Hi just wondering my iPad is nearing 6 months will automatically unlock so it can be used with a different sim in it? Or if I have to ring to get it unlocked after the 6 months. How does it work?

@Frank_t , I have just had a look at my IPad, and it is not locked. Have you tried a different SIM card to see if it is indeed locked? I believe it is only phones that are locked by the network.

Well, just noticed that my IPhone, which I have had since November has no restriction either!
