Setting up e sim on iPhone 11 Pro?

Hi,

How do I set up e sim on iPhone 11 Pro? Website has been giving error messages for several days now.

I’d rather not call in to a store.

Hi @Cocu I assume you are on an EE Pay monthly contract?

What error do you get and at what stage of the process does it happen?

Have you tried from within the MyEE app?

When I try to use the online option to sort it. I don’t want to go to a shop to do it. During the setup with the new sim it said to dial 150 from another phone - that just took me to the other person’s network support! 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏾‍♀️

It’s the same through the app..

Are you on a pay monthly contract?

Are you able to try using a different browser?

If you call our Customer Care team from another phone, all you'll need to do is give the advisor the number that you wish to talk about.

Pay as you go.

I called from another phone and got THAT company’s support!

A different browser? It doesn’t work even using their own app and hasn’t for several days now.

EE do not support eSIMs on Pay as you go.
