    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently upgraded and have the 3 swappable smart benefits as part of my contract. When I first set it up I used the Apple TV benefit, however last month I swapped that to the Apple Arcade. I swapped back to the Apple TV a couple of days ago but now when I click on the link from 150 to reactivate the Apple TV, it says that I cannot redeem as I've already redeemed this before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would somebody be able to help please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You should be able to reset it back up again through that link. I'd recommend speaking to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/get-in-touch" target="_blank"&gt;Mobile Care team&lt;/A&gt; so that they can look into why this isn't working for you.&lt;/P&gt;
