I have one ordered the iPad Pro 11 inch 6 days ago and I haven’t received a conformation email yet can anyone help ?

Just to let you know how it has worked with me - I pre-ordered on the 6th of May, received my PayPal receipt instantly but, only received my EE confirmation on the 14th of May, so it did take a few days to come through.
