I wanted to know as I haven't got an iPhone 12 but wanted to an get upgrade to one but if I can get a sim only contract with the iPhone 12 pro

@c931 , EE only sell them on contract, so if you only want to have a sim only contract, you will have to get the phone elsewhere, like Apple, which you can pay off monthly.

If you got the phone from EE, you would get an upgraded contract on 5G, best to speak to customer service, as they may be able to offer a better deal than on their website. Hope this helps.
